Shipping Costs

Tannico orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. Please find attached all the details in the table below.
Depending on your location, we also offer free shipping for orders above a threshold. Quantity restrictions may apply for orders outside European Union. Please find attached all the details in the table below.
All relevant delivery information and details about taxes and duties for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Bottles will be dispatched in cartons suitable for transportation in order to ensure the security of the shipment.
In Italy all the parcels are delivered by BARTOLINI or Poste Italiane. In Europe and in the rest of the world the parcels are delivered by UPS Express Courier, Fedex, MBE e SMM, with variable delivery time depending on the final destinations. Please find attached all the details in the table below.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Tannico cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we will try to minimize any potential inconvenience for all our customers.

*During Black Friday and Christmas periods, shipments may take a few days longer than planned due to high volumes.

Taxes and Duties

The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the order, so no further commission is due upon receipt of the goods. For orders within the European Union, Tannico is responsible for the declaration of import and customs duties. The amount of excise duty paid by Tannico will be shown as a separate item in the shopping cart and will be settled at the time of payment.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment.
Dispatch will normally take 24 hours from order for products that are in stock. As soon as the parcel is given to the courier we’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
