Ambrato con riflessi che ricordano il rame. È caratterizzato da sentori olfattivi che richiamano la torba e l’orzo, e da profumi di mela, liquirizia e caramello. In bocca è prima dolce poi appena speziato, e chiude con un finale dolciastro e parzialmente affumicato.
