All’esame olfattivo risulta avere un complesso ed elegante bouquet, fatto di note speziate, sentori di frutta secca, canna da zucchero, caramello, fichi, cedro e uva passa. Al palato è morbido, pieno e lungo, con un retrogusto intenso che ricade sulla frutta secca.
