Trentino Pinot Grigio DOC “Perer” 2014 - Longariva: Why we like it

The Trentino Pinot Grigio grape features particularly elegant and refined fragrance and taste while not being excessively fruity. Longariva’s “Perer” Trentino Pinot Grigio is born of pergola-trained vines that produce 80 hectolitres of fruit per hectare. After the grapes are pressed, they are then left to ferment in a temperature-controlled setting for approximately 10 days. The wine is then left to age for a few months in steel tanks before being bottled.
