Tasting Notes

Golden yellow, rich in bright highlights. It expresses intense aromas of Sicilian citrus fruits in the nose, with decisive mineral notes which, as the seconds pass, give way to scents of basil and wild herbs. Complex and lively on the palate, it has a good persistence with a fresh and aromatic finish.

Pairing

Served with all courses of a meal, it pairs well with pasta with tomato and almond pesto, fresh cheeses and fried fish.

With a range dedicated to its most representative vineyards, Mandrarossa intends to celebrate the wealth and unique nature of the territory of Menfi. A particularly vast area, which has always been well-suited to high-quality winegrowing and reaches levels of absolute excellence in some crus. The vineyard known as Làgano, for example, enjoys sea breezes and a temperature range which conveys freshness and a savoury flavour to the wine. This is how this Fiano, vinified exclusively in steel tanks, succeeds in expressing itself to the full, creating a very reactive, charming and elegant wine.
