At the highest point of Saint-Émilion stands Château Troplong-Mondot, an icon for all Right Bank enthusiasts, as well as a special treat for foodies (for the restaurant Les Belles Perdrix). This domaine has carved out an audience of aficionados over time thanks to its classicistic spirit, intertwined with a modern tension: conducted in full respect of the biodiversity of this terroir, Troplong-Mondot hints of ripe fruit and spices, in a dense and voluptuous mouthfeel. In the blend, Merlot and Cabernet Franc capture vintage 2021 in a vibrant and refined way.
