I Rum, prima di essere miscelati per creare la Grande Réserve, maturano nei Caraibi in botti in cui è stato precedentemente invecchiato il Bourbon e in seguito affinati in Charente nel Château de Bonbonnet, in vecchie botti di rovere francese.
