Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red in colour with pronounced aromas featuring evident fruity notes and scents of sour cherry, raspberry and a slight hint of vanilla in the background. The flavour is full, balanced, slightly tannic and nicely persistent.

Pairing

Ideal with all courses of a meal, it should be served fresh from the cellar, at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C, and pairs nicely with rice and pasta dishes with meat and game sauces, grilled and roast red and white meats and poultry in general.
