This light straw-coloured white wine with extremely subtle effervescence boasts clean fruity aromas of apple and pear. Fragrant, full-bodied and delightfully dry, this wine closes on a fresh note that leaves you wanting more.

Pairing

An ideal wine to enjoy even during an Italian-style aperitivo, Ceretto’s “Blangé” pairs very well with light seafood appetizers and is great with sushi and sashimi.

Langhe Arneis DOC “Blangé” 2016 - Ceretto: Why we like it

First created in 1985, “Blanghé” was among the brothers’ first gambles. To create a new white wine at the height of the red wine was a truly great, although wacky, idea. The first plot of land to grow this native variety of grape on was bought on the hillside of Vezza d’Alba. With time, this area proved to be perfectly suited for the cultivation of the rare Arneis grape. Ceretto’s 2015 “Blangé” Langhe Arneis DOC is a fruity white wine with a subtle effervescence and a natural elegance.
