Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is reminiscent of citrus fruits and yellow fruits. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and intense to the point that it fills the mouth with a long fruity flavour.

Fresh and intense, it pairs well with steamed fish dishes such as bass with vegetables.

The exclusive use of steel and the same identical care in the vineyard contribute to the creation of intense fresh wines that express all the typical characteristics of the Collio vines. A clean Chardonnay, which recalls not only the typical aspects of the vine but also something of Friuli thanks to a sapidity that only the typical soil of the Oslavia region can give.
