Tasting Notes

It is extremely rich in aromas. Intense aromas of black fruits and pleasant spicy hints, especially leather and tobacco literally delight the nose. On the palate it is succulent and reminiscent of sour black cherry accompanied by hints of mint, toasting and espresso coffee. In tasting it is elegant, subtle and well-balanced.

Pairing

Ideal with recipes based on red meat and game. Excellent with roast wild duck.

It rests for no less than twenty months in French oak casks and is the most prestigious label of the winery. Production takes place only in the best years. It stands out for its subtle elegance and complex aromatics.
