È di un bel colore oro ambrato. I sentori sono delicati, con note di zucchero di canna, profumi fruttati e sfumature che ricordano la mela cotta. All’assaggio è all’inizio delicatamente speziato, poi piacevolmente dolce, vellutato ed equilibrato. È di medio corpo, con un finale lungo e fresco.
